ADULTS PROGRAM

At Joy Beyond Logic, we are dedicated to creating a recreational, stimulating, and welcoming curriculum for adults with special needs, as well as seniors in community centers and day habilitations. Our unique program incorporates a variety of activities, including music and movement, arts and crafts, and meditation, to cater to the diverse interests and abilities of our participants.

For our adults with special needs, our program offers a wide range of engaging activities. Through music and movement sessions, participants can explore different movements, engage in chanting and singing, and even experiment with musical instruments. Drum circles are also a popular activity, helping individuals improve their coordination and rhythm.

In addition to the music-focused activities, we provide opportunities for creative expression through candle making, T-shirt making, Native American and African jewelry making, as well as watercolor painting. These artistic endeavors not only encourage self-expression but also foster skill development and a sense of accomplishment.

We also recognize the importance of connecting with nature and offer gardening and planting activities as part of our program. Participants can enjoy spending time outdoors, learning about the environment, and benefiting from the therapeutical aspects of gardening.

Furthermore, our commitment extends to seniors in community centers and day habilitations. By collaborating with these facilities, we ensure that our program is inclusive and tailored to meet the unique needs of the seniors we serve. Through our recreational activities, we aim to enhance the well-being and quality of life for all participants, regardless of age or ability.
